Customer cooks Daisy Oaks Ranch chuck roast
One of our loyal customers sent us a step by step photo shoot of the preparation of one of our chuck roasts.

Meat thawing and resting before prep:
Ready to be prepared: Salt, pepper and a little garlic
Browning the meat to seal in the juices
After browning, add in veggies and potatoes. Carrot, onion, celery and garlic with some rosemary and thyme.
Cooked low and slow for a few hours until drop off your fork tender and it is ready!
Time to eat!
