This salt is salty, herby, and sour, with the lemony aroma of dill, the punch of white vinegar, a touch of anise with plenty of finely ground sea salt.
This combination makes a great tzatziki sauce and is awesome on French fries or homemade potato chips. Mix it with a little brown sugar to make a fun wing toss. Sprinkle on veggies, salmon or use in tuna, or chicken salad. Stir in some humus or toss with shrimp. Whatever you try it on, be sure to let us know your creation.
