This is an enticing twist to our salted caramel recipe.  It has a deeply earthy, savory, flavor with balanced bitterness and sweetness and a sweep of salt..

We took our salted caramel a step further by adding a specifically selected bold coffee.

It is easy to be playful with this one as well.  It adds an amazing flavor to a nice thick pork chop or sirloin steak. Throw it in a pan of chicken and carrots.

It is a unique twist to all sorts of baked desserts and breakfast goods.  Oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, cookies, cakes, scones, muffins, and pies. Try it in place of just sugar when making crème brûlée, pudding, custards and dessert sauces. Blend into whipped cream for your waffle or surprise your taste buds by adding it to your cocktails! Specifically on the rim of a chocolate martini!
