This seasoning has a salty, sweet, bitter, fruity, and slightly pungent flavor with a slight kick of heat at the end.
It goes great on wings, as well as baked or grilled chicken. The sweet and slightly pungent flavor compliments pork (ribs, loins, chops, roasts) rather well and it also goes well with sliced brussels sprouts, roasted broccoli, zucchini, butternut squash or butter cooked cabbage. The fruity notes with the mild heat compliment fish as well. Try mixing with coconut or olive oil when pan frying or baking your fish.
If thinking outside the box, for a different speed, add it to a holiday cheese ball or creamy dip. Give it a mix into your favorite mayo for your turkey or chicken sandwich. Sprinkle on fresh baked rolls or home made bread.
